ORDER ADDRESS INFORMATION:
Newfast will ship the products to your specified address. To avoid delivery issues, please enter the desired address carefully.
ABSENCE OF RECIPIENT:
Please ensure that someone is at the address to receive your products. The post office will make three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package after these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient must collect the package within seven calendar days. If the recipient does not collect the package, it will be returned to the sender according to the post office's regulations, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for reshipping the product.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
Newfast assumes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses for in-store orders. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
Please note: If delivery is not made due to a different address, no refund is available. Reshipment will incur additional shipping costs (shipping and handling).
PROCESSING TIME:
After your order has been processed and payment has been received in our system, we will sort, pack, and ship the package. This process typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the number of products.
DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING CODE:
You will receive the tracking code via email and WhatsApp within 5 business days after your order has been processed. Tracking updates provided by the logistics company are not immediately updated in the system, so there may be delays in the shipment update. To track your order, simply visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We offer two shipping options: domestic and international. Products sold by Newfast are generally delivered via the Brazilian Post Office. In some cases, such as the recipient's absence, delivery restrictions in a region, or an incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product from the nearest post office.
If the address is entered incorrectly, the product may be returned to the sender. Please enter the address carefully. Should an error occur and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.
You, our customer, are our top priority. We want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT: In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to the following reasons: strikes, company holidays, tax levies, or periods of high demand at the post office. Unfortunately, all of these circumstances are beyond our control.
We are available to answer any questions you may have and will monitor the status of your order until final delivery.
