Exchange and return conditions

For an exchange or refund, please contact us by email at contact@newfastusa.com.

After contacting us, we ask you to return the product to the address we provide. Once the product is received, it will be analyzed by the NewFast quality team.

In the case of an exchange: After the analysis is complete, we will send you a new product.

In the case of a return and refund: You will receive the amount paid within 30 days of the analysis.

Our guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The product must be in perfect condition and with all accessories (seal, label, etc.) in its original packaging.
In the case of an exchange for a different model, we will only cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. We are not responsible for subsequent exchanges. We are not responsible for products delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer. Please check the shipping information carefully.
For exchanges due to incorrect size or color, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse.
We guarantee to send you a tracking code within 72 hours of purchase so you can track the entire delivery process.
