The NewFast team is continuously improving our policies to ensure customer satisfaction. You can request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of receipt. The following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must be returned without any signs of use, i.e., in the condition in which it was received.
The product must be returned with tags (or protective films) attached, manuals, and all included accessories.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Send an email to contact@newfastusa.com and include the following:
Product name;
Order number;
Email address registered at the time of purchase;
Reason for exchange or return;
IF AVAILABLE: IMAGE OR VIDEO PROOF OF THE DEFECT.
Once all questions regarding the product return have been resolved, we will inform you of the return address and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
REFUND METHODS
Credit card refund: This refund may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed through the payment portal.
